Turned up there to be told we could park in a car park underground. Went up all levels and there was nothing available. Staff had no idea how many parks were taken or free. After a mix up with the room key and being stuck on the 4th level until someone else happened to come along and let us in the lift ( key wasn't activated properly so we couldn't get in our room or activate the lift). In this instance staff was very good at sorting it all out and were apologetic for the mix up. Even after all this, we had a lovely stay and will be returning next year.

Liked: We liked everything. It would have been much better if the common bathroom should have been attached with the other room also.It was an architectural mistake .

Liked: The hotel's location is good, and we didn’t encounter heavy traffic.
Disliked: The hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star rating; I believe a 4-star rating would be more appropriate. At times, the room had an unpleasant sewage-like odor. There were stains on both the indoor and outdoor tables. Additionally, the quilt was wrapped in a sheet, but parts of it were still visible, and they were stained as well.
