Liked: The room was huge I love the king size bed. I was surprised that the room has got big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Easy access to public transport and restaurant. Staff was accommodating, helpful, and professional.
Disliked: Free parking for the guest or discounted parking fee should do.

Liked: Great location for a night out at the Capital Theatre which is just across the road.
Disliked: Nothing, although parking is tricky using the car lift

Liked: The location was good and most of the staff were friendly. The room was a good size. The staycast feature is also good on the TV to watch what you like and laundry facilities in the room.
Disliked: We had to ask to move rooms because the first one smelled like urine. The rooms are quite outdated and the design of the flush being behind the toilet seat is poor. Perhaps carpets should be replaced.
