Liked: Very spacious apartment and balcony. Pod coffee machine was great. Everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds. Washing machine and dryer handy

Liked: Amazing stay. Fantastic apartments that are beautifully finished and so efficient with everything you need. The location is excellent, just above the bus station. It was so easy to use the public transportation because of this.

Liked: Great location. Close to the bus and train stations.
Disliked: If you stay in Tower 2, there is a gym close by that plays heavy beat music.This woke us as early as 5.45am!

Great stay, well connected, excellent...

Liked: Great stay, staff were very helpful and friendly.It’s a shame the 3 bedrooms apartments which hold 6 people don’t have more bathrooms.The lobby entrance is a little challenging with access via two lifts and a small pokey street entrance. No outside cover from the rain.Overall a great stay and great value Worth the extra for the view and higher floor.The room can be noisey from the hallway and from furniture being dragged in above apartments.The lifts are slow when busy.Overall Highly recommended

Liked: Location is great with mall nearby and train and bus station underneath the hotel. Parking is rather expensive AUD45/day, better take public tranportation if you are staying in this hotel. Other things are great.
Disliked: The lift calling system, that you could only visit your floor make us very diffficult to find our family in other floors. But feels very secured.
