Nice enough, but overpriced for...

Liked: It was close to the tube station and the room was clean
Disliked: The room was small, especially the bathroom. Finding the room felt like a maze of corridors. It was noisy outside with metal stairs being used right outside the window. The window didn’t seem to block out any noise. The heating didn’t seem to work although the display said it was.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is excellent—close to the underground, bus stops, and with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was helpful and friendly. They also kept my luggage before the check in and after the check out.

Liked: Everything. The location, the cleanliness and the express checkin…Also the fact that you can store luggage as early at 7am which I find awesome.
Disliked: Nothing not to like…

Very disappointing second stay

Liked: The Deluxe Double Room (319) was spacious enough. The mattress was nice and firm without being too stiff, and the 4 pillows were not super tall, with two different thicknesses to choose from.The location of the hotel is right next to the Earl's Court subway station, so it is perfect for my needs since I travel everywhere by subway.
Disliked: As happy I was with my first stay at this hotel, my second stay was very disappointing. For some ridiculous reason, someone has drilled four holes in the bottom of the shower stall's odor trap, which causes the trap to empty of water and thus no longer work. The result of that nonsense was that the bathroom (and to a lesser degree the room at large) perpetually smelled of sewage. The hotel was fully booked so there was no way to change rooms, so I chose to live with the smell and just minimize my stay in the room. (Room 319 in building 24)When I needed to use the bathroom I simply ran the shower just enough so that the drain always had water, and then the smell cleared enough in a few minutes to make it tolerable.All in all, the hotel is excellent, but this stay and this particular room was decidedly disappointing.
