Liked: The wifi, the shower pressure and heating were good as well as the service. The location was excellent!!
Disliked: The room was very small and had very thin walls. There is also a school next door which was very noisy. There was mold in the bathroom.

Boutique hotel which is excellent...

Liked: Location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for London sightseeing. Room was spotless and breakfast was excellent. Hotel was very good value for London hotel.

Liked: The location was very good.
Disliked: I must say that I am very disappointed with the hotel, especially with the service. I was traveling with my dad and had booked two twin beds (at least to my understanding). When arriving at the hotel, the bed was not separated but together, with a doble duvet. We asked if they could at least fix a second duvet but they said that they couldn’t help us until the next day. The next day, they said they plan to fix it during the day. However and to our disappointment, they had not cleaned the room nor given us another duvet. The third time we asked, we finally received an extra duvet, but they did not manage to separate the beds, even though it could easily have been done and despite promising that they would fix it. Other than that, the room was very small and it felt dirty, with fitted carpets. I will certainly not come back.

Liked: Good price, good location, room was good and clean, great value for money.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been warmer, and bed could have been bigger. Thus was a double bed but a queen or king would have been better for the deluxe room we had.
