Liked: The mattress was great: firm and without dents. It was exceptionally clean, the fitout seemed quite new and everything worked. The staff were very friendly. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a pod machine.
Disliked: If you need a very dark room, bring an eye mask. The venetian blinds allow a bit of light in.

Liked: Easy check in, very clean! proper coffee machine! very central to the town centre. I will be staying again.
Disliked: Nothing at all. Expectations were met.

Liked: The queen suite I stayed in has been updated since my last stay. The attention to practical details especially the USB charging points and power points beside the bed, above the bed side tables and at the large desk are well thought out. A smart TV, coffee machine, eco friendly bathroom ammenities and new curtains have been added. The wi fi signal was strong , a big plus when working. Check in was very quick and easy . Highly recommend staying here .
