Owners are money hungry and...

Liked: No, regardless of who is the "broom holder" (meaning the person who checked in and paid the deposit), a hotel should return any cash deposit you paid upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Liked: Until recently it was quiet and enjoyable. Then some "chick" moved in above me and paces the room stomping like a herd of elephants. I've complained to the office, but nothing has been done.
