Liked: The breakfast buffet was superb and the breakfast staff extremely helpful, location ideal for Central Lisbon

Excellent value for location, right...

Liked: I reserved a Classic Room room and the hotel gave me a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room, which I greatly appreciated! The staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions such as the nearest grocery store, gym, etc.

It was okay

Liked: It is a pet friendly hotel. And the breakfast.
Disliked: The staff in the breakfast area did not want to allow my Service Dog. Why allow dogs in the hotel if they are unable to be with there owners throughout the facility.

Great location and value for...

Liked: Great location, room was nice and spacious too. They have complimentary coffee and water, and the staff was very friendly

Pleasant

Liked: I would say for a tourist everything is nearly okay except some policies. In most hotels, the water is refilled, but in this one, the staff informed us that the water is a gesture only for the first night. I mean it’s free in almost everywhere in Europe, and cost around 1-2 euros nothing much. Therefore, the attitude or rather that policy is not that welcoming.
