Disappointing

It was okay

Liked: It is a pet friendly hotel. And the breakfast.
Disliked: The staff in the breakfast area did not want to allow my Service Dog. Why allow dogs in the hotel if they are unable to be with there owners throughout the facility.

Great location and value for...

Liked: Great location, room was nice and spacious too. They have complimentary coffee and water, and the staff was very friendly
Disliked: Nothing worth noting

Pleasant

Liked: I would say for a tourist everything is nearly okay except some policies. In most hotels, the water is refilled, but in this one, the staff informed us that the water is a gesture only for the first night. I mean it’s free in almost everywhere in Europe, and cost around 1-2 euros nothing much. Therefore, the attitude or rather that policy is not that welcoming.

Liked: Great location. Helpful reception staff
Disliked: Wet floors after cleaning like there passed Amazon river. Not clean after daily cleaning. Moreover, we can skip this if slippers would be provided. But no, it was not available within 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is average. Coffee machine works not very proper in the room number 401 please check. Sockets are hidden. Difficult to realize location))

Liked: Lovely location in a vibrant area close to lots of small cozy bars and diverse restaurants. Good travel links and close walk to the sights. Bijoux hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. A gem. Great rooms, air conditioned, large windows with black out curtains. Quiet and really comfortable.
