A modern reception masks outdated,...

Liked: The reception area is modern, and the staff in the lobby, dining area, and bar were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: However, the rooms are extremely outdated, with broken sockets, a non-functional TV, and decor in desperate need of refurbishment. Upon arrival, I faced multiple issues—my key card failed three times, requiring long walks back and forth to reception, and when I finally got in, the bed was broken. Although I was moved to an "upgraded" room, it was still of poor quality and uncomfortably warm.To make matters worse, the cleaner entered my room the next morning at 9:30 AM without knocking while I was in a meeting. I raised the issue with reception, and they assured me I could have a late checkout and that the cleaner would not disturb me again. Despite this, the same cleaner returned at 10:30 AM, again without knocking, asking when I would be leaving—despite check-out being at 11:00 AM.Overall, my stay was frustrating and disappointing, and I am highly unlikely to return.

Liked: A Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable, even though a little dated. The main areas were pleasant and clean. The food was good. Plenty breakfast options.
