I highly recommend this hotel,...

Liked: The location of the Mercure Hotel was perfect. I requested rooms close together and they were beside each other, perfect. I had contacted the hotel with a special request to maybe have something in my sons room to say Congratulations as we were on this short trip to Wroclaw to celebrate his Confirmation. He was delighted to find a handwritten card, and treat of chocolates and fruit, and a room upgrade in arrival. It was fabulous! Thank you.One of the female members of staff on reception on check in was so welcoming to me, my husband and 2 kids. It really makes a different to a hotel stay when staff are friendly and have nice chats.
Disliked: Our stay here was perfect.

Disliked: A coffee machine in the room would have been nice and the air con was good for the temperatures we had, but not sure if it was warmer outside
