Exceptional

Liked: Clean rooms, great location and very nice personnel.
Disliked: Smart TV available in the rooms, but set up to hotel mode which wouldn't allow you to use Netflix, Youtube etc.

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect. Staffs were very welcoming especially Ms. Aleyna was very helpful and she was very polite. Special thanks to her hospitality. Rooms and the facility in general was very clean. We left very happy from our hotel choice. I would definitely recommend.

Liked: Walk-distance to historical center of Vienna.
Disliked: However we had “priviledged” room, size was pretty small, sliding doors to the bathroom were heavy, very difficult to close and open. Definitelly nothing for children.

Location, location, location

Liked: The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city.
Disliked: All of the rest besides the location was basic. For 200+ per night in other places in Europe, you have much better options.
