Disliked: My request to pay by eftpos wasn't honoured and instead It was charged as credit. When I queried it, the receptionist was polite but insisted I didn't understand the process. A manager kindly refunded the fees to me. Just something to ve aware of if you don't wish to pay by credit card. Bathroom's getting a bit "tired". Avoid staying In a room by the fire exit door! Unless you like loud noise!

Disliked: Lack of service, no cleaning of room over entire 4 night stay, staff very considerate when discussing lack of room service or rubbish collection from room.

Liked: The location was great. The staff were all extremely helpful and nothing was a bother.
Disliked: There used to be parking when we stayed years ago. Having mobility issues this time it was a bit of an effort to park elsewhere. Would like to see parking at the hotel or someone to park the car for us.

Liked: Great location for CBD shopping, trams and chinatown. Room was basic but if you aren't there to spend time in your room its perfect.
Disliked: Air-condition was a little clunky. We were in a room near the lifts and a housekeeping storeroom which was opening and closing quite loudly very early in the morning.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Location was fantastic.
Disliked: Rooms were small. Could hear running water every time the room above flushed their toilet. Not many on site amenities. Shower mouldy. Air con didn’t work in our room so was moved to another room. Second room exactly the same. Not what I expected given the extremely high price we paid. I made an initial error with dates and the correct dates were double the price. Doubt I would return.
