Liked: the staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing the quality of the food was amazing, the room was confortable and cozy, the hotel location was near to restaurants ,shopping .

Couldn’t ask for more!

Liked: Smack in the middle of the most important checkpoints in Vienna, with a cleanliness level to envy (even the lobby bathrooms are spotless) and very friendly staff (from concierge to breakfast servers), Mercure is definitely our go-to for our Vienna adventures. Totally recommended!
Disliked: Guess a more varied breakfast selection wouldn’t hurt.

Liked: Very central location, nice size rooms and comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms right next to lift could be noisy in the morning but generally ok overnight.
