great hotel

Liked: the location made it east to get to and as I was going to The Dome this was a perfect location with it exactly opposite. the staff also could tell I was there for a concert and asked who my favourite member was which was a really lovely touch. There are also a lot of fod options nearby.

Very nice hotel good quality

Liked: Nice breakfast and it was free for children. Good location with a short drive to the Eiffel Tower and just meters away from the metro. The suite was comfortable. Nice linen, and good quality beds.
Disliked: The lady who attended us was a bit rude. We understand that there is no guarantee of a fast check-in, however, pretending to charge €50 for checking in at 11.30 am and being informed of the long trip with children, seemed to me to be a disrespectful way of dealing with us who rented the suite for 6 nights at a cost close to two thousand euros. If it weren't for this detail I would have given the highest rating.

Well placed hotel

Liked: Well placed hotel just by the Metro. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Liked: The location was conveniently close to the IFTM TopResa exhibition, which was the primary purpose of my trip.
Disliked: I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, their helpfulness, and the cleanliness of the property.

A good hotel in Paris

Liked: Bed was really comfy
Disliked: Room was quite warm and air con wouldn’t go lower than 18c which felt more like 22c

Good

Liked: Very close to the Exhibition center. Metro and tram stations are just 1-2 min by foot. Lots of small restaurants are nearby. An electric kettle in the room is a plus.
Disliked: The quality of the room was below 4*. It's overpriced and needs some renovation.
