Have stayed in many Mercure...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room radiator not working, the room was cold. A portable electric radiator was provided which took until the morning before the room became sufficiently warm.Breakfast both continental and cooked buffet was poor and wholly inadequate

Liked: the room wasnt the cleanest. We had to ask for new sheets and change our bed as there were hairs.
Disliked: used ear buds in wardrobe and dusty head board!
