Brilliant staff, very very welcoming. Plenty of parking. Close to loads of shops and movie theatres. Excellent location to the Ironbridge Gorge, 5 miles away.

Liked: Easy location from the motorway, good facilities and breakfast choice.
Disliked: I really hate the guest car park charges and feel strongly that as long as we record our car reg with the hotel then guest parking should be free. As I was attending an all day event at the International Centre and then returned there for a Gala Dinner it would have been better if it was nearer.

Liked: The staff were friendly, the location is handy.
Disliked: I was charged £10 to park over night which I wasn't made aware of when I booked through booking.com I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times previously and parking has always been included. Because of this extra charge I will be cancelling my reservation for December.

Liked: Perfect location close to food places, gym and shopping centre. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Gym and swimming pool were a great addition to my stay. Good value for money.

Adequate for our purpose but...

Liked: Comfy bed, nice pillows, fast free wifi. Very near station, shopping centre and cinema
Disliked: Lot of black mould in shower cubicle. Towels old and poor quality. Our room - 227 was immediately above the main entrance - lots of noisy, drunk people smoking late at night - right by the “Strictly no smoking” sign.
