Brilliant staff, very very welcoming. Plenty of parking. Close to loads of shops and movie theatres. Excellent location to the Ironbridge Gorge, 5 miles away.

Liked: I loved how clean and quiet it was during our stay and the facilities were amazing.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property everything was so good.

Disliked: The shower in both rooms were freezing, the issue wasn’t rectified during our stay and this issue affected many other rooms and visitors.

Liked: Room clean and nice to have gym and pool facilities, even if I didn't have time to make use of them. Breakfast was superb and £15.95 so reasonably priced
Disliked: Bathroom is basic, very small, and a few hairs left on the counter missed by cleaners, but water pressure was very good.

Disliked: Room not clean, blonde hair on the carpet, fingerprints on the chrome switches, bathroom needs a deep clean, £10 per day parking, hotel smells strongly of chlorine when you walk in, chavs in the next room having a party, wouldn't have minded if it was cheap but it was £90 a night for a standard room with no breakfast
