Brilliant staff, very very welcoming. Plenty of parking. Close to loads of shops and movie theatres. Excellent location to the Ironbridge Gorge, 5 miles away.
Liked: The staff, the stay.
Disliked: Not many TV channels.

Comfortable room but deserted hotel.
Liked: The room offered basic comfort.
Disliked: On arrival, when checking in, you get your first shock. When you pay for the room, they add an extra £10 on top - for parking your car in the hotel's large but virtually empty car park. Funnily, the hotel advertises there is a car park but doesn't advertise that there is an additional fee to use the car park. If they do, this crucial detail is possibly buried in the fine print. It breaks trust and makes you feel being manipulated. I planned to stay for the whole week but decided to move to another establishment after just one night.

Superb
Liked: All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable. Parking was a breeze (£10 extra). We enjoyed the facilities for teens - a small pool, gym, two small pool tables, mocktails, football showing on TV screens (but quietly). Breakfast was appealing, and the dining room staff were flexible, sensible and helpful.
Disliked: I don't want to criticise because we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay again! A small number of constructive suggestions: (1) move the orientation of the pool tables so that a person can use the cues without hitting the walls; (2) ask the cleaning staff to clean the vaccuum cleaners becuase they are making the air smell musty (preferably add some air freshener balls to the vaccs as well so that the air they expel smells nice). (3) Reduce the garden out the front so that the entrance can be seen clearly from the road - (so the building doesn't just look like a red brick Travelodge) - it is much nicer than that.
