Liked: Room was nice, bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: No interaction between us or the reception staff. Always busy looking at their computer or their phones. Not even a good morning / evening as you walked through. Much prefer the staff of the old Travelodge to these people. Freezer needs to be defrosted desperately.No longer have a "Do not disturb" sign to put on the door. Cleaners could hear water in the bathroom & was about to come into our room when I got to the door in a towel. Still saying housekeeping thinking they were coming in. No additional blankets or pillows are available, although you can change the heat setting. Prefer it to be cooler to sleep & easier to breath just using an extra blanket. just as well we brought our own.

Liked: Rooms were together, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Parking should be included in room rate. Continental breakfast we paid extra for had stale cereals.
