Disliked: One particular staff member on the reception desk had a bit of an attitude that I found unpleasant.I asked for 2 cappuccino one with oat milk one normal. He handed one over and I asked if it was Oathe held up the OAT milk packet with a smart-alec look on his face and I said well I only wanted one Oatthat's why I'm asking. He said you said 2 and turned and made a show of tossing the milk in another cupdown the drain. Also he expected a CC Payment and I said oh, not signed to our room - "You didn't say so"was his response. Fair enough but of course I was thinking - "You didn't ask"......I watched this guy a bit with others and I think he could use some revision or extra training in how to handle customers. The coffee order was early evening on Saturday 9th November.Our friends from Melbourne named Tobing in room 234 also mentioned his attitude.We were in room 103 - Simorangkir
