This hotel met our needs...
Liked: The location was perfect for us as my husband was having an operation in Macquarie Hospital early in the morning. the room was great and the beds very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, but took advantage of the room service menu which was all we needed.

Overall, good staff and comfortable...
Liked: The staff were all really friendly. When we went into our room we noticed that the bathroom light wasn’t working. As we were leaving I mentioned it to the young girl at the desk and by the time we got back it was fixed. Rooms were a decent size and the hotel itself was pretty easy to get to.
Disliked: One of the pillows was a touch damp when we went to sleep, but we had other pillow options so it wasn’t too big of a deal. The only other complaint I had was the breakfast. I ordered a bacon and egg roll just before I checked out which was $11. Asked for it toasted but when we sat down to eat the bread was toasted but the bacon and egg on the inside was still cold. There were 4 of us who all ordered one and they were all cold on the inside. The food and drink were a touch on the expensive side also.

Just OK.
Liked: The location to the university hospital was excellent. The beds were very comfy and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: The room was small and the air conditioner was extremely noisy.
