Great stay for a qucik...

Liked: Easy checkin and checkout. Cafe and restaurant (close to sports club). McDonalds in the carpark for early coffee. Only had 3 stories. Shower pressure was amazing.

Frustrating

Liked: Room was on the ground floor which was quiet and not near the services club. Also when the fire alarm was activated we were near a fire exit which we were able to exit quickly.
Disliked: Finally got the room I wanted after leaving message with Booking.com then also had contacted reservations at the Motel as wanted a room on the ground floor. Then when arrived had me on the 3rd floor and stated they did not receive the message, but when they check messages in the computer it was there. Also the fire alarm went off early in the morning which is the second time this has happened to us. They need to improve their system and not have people go out the wrong door which activates the fire alarm.

Not value for money. Needs...

Liked: It was near the venue.
Disliked: It was very dirty, my room wasn’t ready. We were evacuated due to a fire alarm at 5:30 in the morning. There were no staff to help people.

Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: Unfortunately washroom light was not working. I have to use my phone flashlight to use the washroom. Please next time make sure everything about room before giving someone. Room number was 340.
