Liked: The thermostat worked well.
Disliked: Staff were not at the reception desk on my arrival and the automatic check in was not obvious. The TV did not work as the power cable was out. The breakfast could have been better if some egg otions (like fried or poached) were made available

Liked: I requested a tax invoice for my stay on check out, they said they would email me, I’ve called three times since then for follow and still NOT received it. Calling again 1 week later and still nothing in my inbox.
Disliked: Email me my tax invoice for my stay.

Liked: One of the staff was nice and accommodating as were the house keepers, and buffet breakfast wasn’t to bad, not to much variety though and location wasn’t the best, but wasn’t terrible, bed was reasonably comfortable when we got upgraded to superior room and had enough beds for my self, partner and 2toddlers ages 15months and 3years, the 1st night we were put into a 1 bedroom with only 1 bed for the 4 of us, not only was this not a safe sleeping environment for the kids especially the 1year old, but my partner is very tall, how did they expect all 4 of us to share 1 queen sized bed which felt more like a double, i was told upon checking in that i would have to pay an additional $50 for extra bedding when this was actually already included in original price, eventually we got a porta cot for the little one, how ever no blankets for him, and it was to hard he couldnt even sleep in it, my 3 year old also had to share our bed, and we didnt even have enough towels, every thing was dirty, and very dusty.
Disliked: lack of hygiene, no bin bags in any bins, tons of dust over every thing, floors dirty, cups stained and rusted/ dirty, rude reception and lack of space plus lack of enough bedding
