Disliked: The same food served every breakfast, there should be at least 2 different menu served for the next day

Liked: Helpful, polite and kind. Went above and beyond. Smoking section
Disliked: Outdated shower, semi-blocked drain. Poor location

Liked: I was disappointed at not being able to check in early after a long drive from Melbourne with little sons, and then having to wait till after 3pm for my room to be ready. I also messaged this request when I booked yet nobody responded to my message. Will anyone read this?

Disliked: There is no window available to open even I booked a room with window. their untrained stuff do not know how to open their window as well. finally, I have to stay the room smelled of mold without any fresh air flow. More immortally, noise from everywhere around my bedroom all night. I could not sleep for the night.
