Liked: the room type given was disappointing, requested to be on a higher level when book this room as i am part Accor memebership was advise yes but did not receieved room type requested.beds moved alot , they were not secured. requested addition pillows but not given, beds were small .security personal was rude adn shouted infront of my son and me . requested to sepak to front office manager this did not happened nor did they follow up.would not recommond this hotel to anyone nor would i go back

Liked: Close to my business needs.
Disliked: Quite a lot of mould in bathroom in vanity sink drain surround as well as in shower, on bottom of glass areas and in shower door track. Appears to have not been cleaned for a long time! My room also had that adjoining room door and the couple in next room were quite loud Late at night and early mornings. Not appreciated as I could easily hear them through door.

Liked: The beds were super comfy, air con was great! Staff were very helpful and breakfast was so lovely. Good positioning for the event we attended.
Disliked: Signage was sparse, initially difficult to find the hotel. Bathrooms are dated, carpet needs a refresh. Maybe extend breakfast until 10:30.
