Offers everything you need

Liked: Overall, I had a great experience with the Mercure Bankstown. This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, cleaned daily, and the location is perfect for those who like hanging out in the sports club downstairs, shopping is close by and it's a short walk to buses and trains.
Disliked: The first room I was assigned had several issues that were quickly resolved by the staff.

Liked: Staff who knew what they were doing.
Disliked: Being greeted 5 times by 5 different staff asking the exact same questions after sitting down to dinner, then trying to find a waiter towards the end of dinner was near impossible...
