It was ok needs a...

Liked: Location, room size.Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: No way to control heat ( which was excessive)TV control missing from room Poor quality shower head difficult to control water temperature

Once only

Liked: The location of the hotel is very central. The breakfast is small but good.
Disliked: Parking (25€) cannot be reserved upfront. They have two EV chargers in the garage but they don't manage the access very well. Instead it gets reserved for one car for the whole stay. In addition, they were broken.The room is worn and was not the cleanest. Especially in the bathroom there was lots of visible dust. Also, there's seemingly no ventilation and the light is not too good. Finally, whoever came up with the idea of the shower design shouldn't have. The heating doesn't work well. It's always cold in the room.

Central location and staff very...

Liked: In the city centre. Very close to main attraction, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Paper cups, one of the lift did not work and was not clear that the dog was additional fee.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was great and breakfast was lovely. Staff were lovely and helpful during our stay.
Disliked: The rooms require maintenance and refrubishment, as they are outdated and could be cleaner.
