Pleasant

Liked: The personal was very very friendly and helpful and the location was central
Disliked: the amenities were definitely not equivalent for a 4 stars hotel. Paper caps for coffee and to brush your teeth,old carpets and out to date furnitures

Undesirable

Liked: Location ONLY.
Disliked: Cleanliness, shower grout was black. Could not get extra pillow. Room was hot, air conditioning did not work well. System is ancient. Breakfast was terrible. No bar, no real glasses, paper cups only, no ice, glasses and water were locked in case at reception.We went to Sofitel, the adjoining property for a drink, with ice!
