Very poor, standard and quality...

Liked: I have a number of photos that show how poor the maintenance is on the external buildi g of the "school masters house'Mould in bathroom above window, fridge not working, stains on chair etc, etc....Steam saunas not working, no one on duty onspa desk, people unable yo get in, notice staying temp away from desk 15mins + etc, etc....I could go on

Great spa Break in wonderful...

Liked: Fabulous location. Beautiful grounds. Clean and tidy public areas. Staff were wonderful. Spacious and comfortable room. Food was exceptional.
Disliked: Disabled access needs some improvement.

Liked: Limited choice at breakfast if you dont like cooked breakfast

Liked: Everything, staff were so helpful and friendly, restaurant food was awesome, pool and gym facilities good and enjoyed the traquil location

Excellent Relaxing Stay will definitely...

Liked: Excellent Breakfast , Plenty of choice . Room was very Clean, Bed was very large as requested shower was lovely and powerful. Exceptional Views while enjoying a Quiet Pint in the Evening Before getting a Taxi into Town . The Reception Staff were very Friendly and Helpful with everything and ordered a taxi for us to go into Town.

Nice hotel if a little...

Liked: Slightly tired hotel, although our suite was nice in the old part of the hotel.Breakfast again was disappointing with bacon and eggs just sitting there drying out.Meal in the Oak Room was very good with excellent service from Alex (I think that was his name) and the other restaurant staff.
