Nice stay to visit family...

Liked: It’s a nice venue. Possibly a little tired in parts. The price point is relatively high. We had a junior suite and whilst very pleasant, I am not sure it felt as special as I had expected at that price point.
Disliked: Staff in the bar were great and worked very hard. The welcome staff were less attentive and there was always a large queue. Didn’t feel special.

Liked: Comfortable, warm room. Roomy and pleasant.
Disliked: The first room allocated had a leak in bathroom ceiling - so we had to repack and move room within half an hour of arriving. Got a better room as a result.

Liked: I liked everything about this hotel been here loads of times excellent location beautiful room bed was very comfortable the reception lady was very help full will definitely stay again.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel all excellent

Lovely relaxing visit, will definitely...

Liked: Perfect location, beautiful surroundings and lovely building. Junior suite was exactly what we wanted. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only minor criticism was that the smart tvs in the property didn’t connect to the WiFi so we couldn’t use the apps. We’d hoped in the evenings after our meal to just chill out and catch up on a series as we get very little free time at home.
