Myself and my daughter enjoyed...

Liked: Staff very helpful and polite always on hand. The breakfast was amazing! The room was comfortable.
Disliked: Although it was tidy it wasn’t cleaned very well (a dried spill on the bathroom floor, a stain on the carpet…dried marks on the bathroom sink)

Liked: Good sized room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room was a bit hot and the air con didn't seem to work. £10 each to use the swimming pool which is far too expensive.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: We now had to pay for the spa , even though it keeps saying in reading everything we could use it , it took me at least 10 mins of looking to find that the spa wasn't Inc in the price. The toilet was constantly running when we got in the room, there was no phone in the room to ring reception, the handle to the mens toilet in reception was hanging off.
