Comfortable room but quite a...

Liked: Bedroom was comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t feel the upgrade was really good value for money. Doesn’t warrant it for the “view” and the bathrobes were very worn / poor quality. I wouldn’t upgrade again. One lift was not working and we had to wait a long time and then share with housekeeping staff with trolleys loaded high. Several times people on lower floors with luggage couldn’t get into the lift.Room keys didn’t work several times and we had to go all the way back to reception - very time consuming with the whole lift situation! I overheard guests who had been given occupied rooms, too, which made me nervous.

Great hotel, great location, friendly...

Liked: Lovely hotel - room was very spacious and had great views of the central square. There was everything in the room we could wish for and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel has excellent spa facilities and the staff were very friendly and kind and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our visit. Thank you very much :)
Disliked: Nothing - happy with everything.
