Passable

Liked: Location was great staff friendly room was clean
Disliked: Air con didn't work properly and we were moved to level 6 which was new still didn't work so a very hot sleep and the are shower I had to use in stages because the plug hole was blocked and would have flooded the bathroom if not

Good stay , clean accommodation....

Liked: Location was really good as central in Sheffield. Breakfast was good value for money and plenty to choose from.

Fine for an overnight stay

Liked: Comfy bed, reasonable breakfast. Decent bathroom & shower, large room overall. Bar staff are a credit to the hotel, willing to have a chat and a joke..
Disliked: Room is basic, no information available in the room about the hotel facilities. The QR codes on the mirror in the room with hotel info didn't work. TV difficult to view, sitting on a counter, it should be mounted on the wall. Check-in staff lack personality.. The material on the chairs in the bar need to be cleaned or upgraded..

Excellent location but noisy

Liked: Excellent location, nice hotel with good hotel bar. Dog friendly. Quick check in and check out.
Disliked: Noisy - Could hear everything in the hallway from our room, and being in the room right next to the lift we could also hear the lift moving up and down… Also brought our dog and it was not clear when booking whether there would be a fee or not. It stayed there “may” be a fee to bring pets. When we arrived we were greeted with a non-refundable £15 per night for a pet. Needs to be clearer upon booking at bringing a pet is an extra £15 per night regardless of anything else.
