Absolutely dreadful. We wouldn’t even...

Disliked: Nothing couldn’t even stay we left after being in the room for 40 mins. Stayed at Crowne plaza instead. Much better. Still waiting for my refund. Been waiting 30 days now. Tried speaking to the general manager and no one will let me and they blame booking.com. Absolutely appalling worst hotel I’ve ever even been near! Avoid at all costs. Cobwebs, filthy, broken toilet, stains everywhere.

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff attentive , friendly and professional.
Disliked: The hotel was rather tired. Rooms were not maintained to a good standard. Broken toilet seats. Rust running down walls. Tiles and moulding around bath dirty. Carpets not well hoovered.

Helpful staff. Rooms tired looking...

Liked: Clean room and very helpful staff. Food was nice.
Disliked: First room I got the radiator did not work and the room was freezing. I did get moved to a warmer room.
