Great friendly and helpful staff...

Liked: Friendly check in staff and breakfast was great Room was comfortable with drinks in the fridge and nice coffee. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows available. Bath room was roomy with great bath and shower and plenty of hot water and toiletries.
Disliked: The furnishings were a bit basic but perfectly comfortable.

Totally good value for money

Liked: Parking easy as on site, staff friendly, upgrade given. Room was spacious and clean

Liked: My son went for his 18th birthday the staff was so lovely went above and beyond was a lovley place to stay so piecfull the ground was amazing the pool and spar was lovely really enjoyed it. Thank you to all

Disliked: Very noisy in the room sounded like boiler or something it was constant loud drumming noise all night. The safe would not work properly even the staff couldn’t work it out - hence house/car keys and valuables had to go out with us !!
