Embarrassing

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: The staff on reception said we ad paid the wrong price for our stay and that breakfast shouldn't be included as it was too cheap!I was asked not to argue, but I had proof of the booking which clearly stated with breakfast. After travelling for several hours, I was tired and didn't want to argue anyway. When we had got to our room, the phone rang and the receptionist said she had clarified the booking with her boss which had been agreed that we did indeed have bought breakfast in with our stay. If the booking says with breakfast then surely there isn't any argument. I was a little bit surprised by what shouldn't have happened.

Nice stay shame restaurant was...

Liked: Staff were lovely
Disliked: It was not clean , i did report it but nothing was done, dead flies on the wall
