Liked: The views from this property were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a lovely 20min walk into the city. A beautiful hotel in an amazing part of the world.

Disliked: There was insufficient parking available. The bathroom resembled that of a budget motel. The bathroom furniture was dilapidated. At a quarter of the price, it might be acceptable, but not at this current price.

Liked: The hotel is located a few minutes by car from the center so it is quiet.It offers great views of the lake and mountains.I ordered a coffee at the bar; the bartender was efficient and very polite.
Disliked: The room was clean but there was a few litters in the corridors from time to time.The swimming pool has no view on the lake and jacuzzis are small and dirty.The hotel tried to allocate me a room just in front of the lift while I requested (when booking) a quiet room; but I managed to obtain a quiet one after complaining.The hotel also took a $10 deposit on my credit card (that I got back once checking out) since I borrowed a plug adapter; I thought it was over-protective and unjustified to borrow an old adapter.
