Great place, fabulous views, very...

Liked: The room was lovely and clean, large, with a fabulous view over the lake and mountains. The Hotel itself was quite swish, lovely breakfast, busy, and yet still calm.
Disliked: It is a fair bit out of town, and in the Booking.com website it says that parking was free, but it isn't...$15. Not a lot, but when you're not expecting it...

Liked: The staff were amazing, the pool was excellent and location brilliant
Disliked: The cleanliness of the place really let them down, for the price the quality of the bathroom (mouldy) was terrible. I wouldn’t stay again based on the age and standard of the rooms

Liked: The location was amazing and the customer service staff were as accommodating as they could be.The rooms were clean, service was good and the restaurant was amazing.
Disliked: Management seemed 'all over the place' and the facilities are mostly pay to use, which is usually quite normal but for such an expensive accommodation I would have thought there would be more included benefits.
