Liked: Excellent hotel! Beautiful and well-kept rooms and surroundings. Good breakfast (needs more gluten-free selection). Quick and easy check-in, very friendly staff! The hotel is in a central location - just perfect.
Disliked: A variety of foods should be added to breakfast for people who do not eat gluten.

Liked: I felt welcomed during the check-in process. It was quite a nice surprise to see pastéis de nata in our room as welcome gift! That day was my friend's birthday so we got 2 little bottles of port wine and a piece of chocolate as well :) Also, very good location!
Disliked: Our room was soundproof badly... We often hear people opening their doors in the hall way.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was perfectly located in the middle of Porto and within walking distance of the train station and metro. We were welcomed with delicious pasteis de nata and refreshing drinks in the room fridge, all on the house. We all enjoyed our stay immensely
