One of the most unique hotels in Perth in a 15th-century watermill where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden lobby area and Lounge Bar. Wouldn't return. Not good value for money.

Liked: It was clean and friendly.
Disliked: Over priced drinks. Cold rooms and very basic. Decor in rooms.

Absolutely shambles

Liked: Absolutely shocking rooms are like going back in time the carpet in the room if you can call it a carpet worn out to the backing of the carpet. Definitely won’t be back here to stay that’s for sure

Fantastic stay, welcoming staff

Liked: I liked how the staff were so polite, every member of staff I met made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived until I checked out .I was offered a choice of what floor my room was on when I checked in, I chose the ground floor.The breakfast was fantastic, with a choice of hot and cold dishes, cereal, fruit, juices, even had haggis on the menu for breakfast a lovely idea.The restaurant was well laid out, everything was spotless. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, and if in the area again I would book in this hotel again
