Very disappointing as we upgraded to a Superior room. I would hate to see what a standard room offered.

Liked: Position. Clean bedding every day. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: No safe in room. No air conditioning. No fridge. Shower leaked over the floor. Our tilting window was broken so no ventilation! No room service and no choice at dinner due to 3 hockey teams being provided with a buffet. Ground floor room allocated next to a noisy car park. Chef refused to cook us poached eggs for breakfast.
