Would recommend Mercure Paris Tour...

Liked: Everything went very well & our stay was most enjoyable. Location was perfect for everything we needed to do and especially convenient being so close to the embarkation port for our Siene River Cruise.
Disliked: No criticism of any aspect of our stay.

Great location close to metro...

Liked: Location was close to the Eiffel tower and a metro entrance very close. Staff were extremely helpful and offered to bring our bags down when the elevator broke. Breakfast was yummy and place was clean with a cute vibe. Staff spoke good English
Disliked: Could hear the sirens from the 4th floor and footsteps above. Toilet was a tight fit.

Unhelpful staff, hot room, good...

Liked: The room was on the ground floor, close to the train station, close to restaurants and a bakery.
Disliked: The A/C in the room did not work, which made the room very hot. After asking the staff if they could fix it, I could see that the staff member was not wiling to help. After a few minutes of convincing, she said she would tell her manager, but I doubted it would happen. And after all, the A/C did not get fixed. The bathroom is also got very humid and hot, without proper ventilation.
