Liked: The breakfast is acceptable,but for 400 eur per night should be quite better.The staff on receptions are fine,they know english on satisfy level.
Disliked: The rooms are very old and basics.In the restaurant the same dinner comes on two different ways,no standard.Also very bad english,they not understand what guests want.The menu hasn`t english version,wich for foreign guests should be.

Liked: The room was ok and the TV big with internet. There is a machine for water at the lobby downstairs and the staff at the reception were just ok.
Disliked: I love Mercure generally because I have stayed in few in the U.K. however, this particular one was a disappointment. We arrived very late before midnight. After checking in we went to our floor and the carpets were dirty. We thought it was because it was late and it would be cleaned the next day. We woke up it was still there, we went out early but returning from our day out, it was still dirty and it was all the corridor this time. No one cared to clean. The hotel is old and the furnitures were old. The doors were dirty from old finger prints. The shower door was placed in the wrong place when we showered the floors were wet with water. The curtain in my sister’s room was dirty with stain. The tables in the room was chipped and dirty. This was a disappointment to us.
