Disappointing experience with poor customer...

Liked: The breakfast offered a nice selection of pastries, fresh fruits, a variety of cheeses, and a range of leaf teas.For those interested, the room features a large TV with access to news channels in English.
Disliked: The hotel experience was disappointing due to several issues encountered during our stay. Initially, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and were redirected to a nearby hotel. Assurances were made upon departure that the alternative hotel would provide the same room type. However, upon arrival, one of us was offered a sofa bed as there were no other rooms available. This led to an uncomfortable discussion with the receptionists, even though it wasn't their fault.Upon returning to Mercure, the staff's attitude towards us was unwelcoming. The staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them when trying to check-in or pay the city tax. We wouldn't get an answer to "hello" or "thank you" even in French.The discrepancy between the room advertised online and the actual room provided was disappointing. The room had a bathtub instead of the walk-in shower shown in the photos. Additionally, cleanliness was an issue, with visible mold and limescale stains in the bathroom. The quality of the towels and bedsheets did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel, resembling those found in a hostel. The narrow beds with only one pillow per person further detracted from the comfort of our stay.Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, especially considering the price paid for the poor customer service and low-quality amenities.

Liked: best ever location to get to Porte de Versailles Expo. Everywhere was clean and tidy. friendly and helpfull staff on reception.
Disliked: The bar closed very early, the gym is very small for such a large hotel. For two days teh coffe dispenser by teh lifts had no cups.

Liked: Placement of hotel is near to Exhibition centre.
Disliked: My heater at room was not working. Staff couldnt fixed it. Elevators were not working. Or just 1 elevator was working. That was big problem because hotel was full of room. At first welcoming staff gave me wrong keys. That may happen. I am not complaining staff. They were kind and helpfull. They fixed it rapidly. However I should have stayed at very cold room at Winter end of January term.
