Clean room, very small but...

Liked: cheap price, clean room
Disliked: I was made aware about the fact that there is no wifi on the property only on my arrival. There were some road works happening nearby, so i understand that it’s not hotels fault. But due to the roadworks, even my 4G mobile data was not loading and I was extremely frustrated. I had to change the hotel as no connection while you’re on business trip is really important to me.

Great location.

Liked: The location is great. The 9th arrondissement offers plenty of shops, eateries etceteras. Also, many of the city's landmarks can be reached on foot within 20 - 30 minutes.
Disliked: The bathrooms have sliding doors that do not close fully and therefore offer little privacy. That is not great, given the fact that the rooms are rather small.Furthermore, communication was not great. We had booked and paid for two dogs - no mention of size. When we arrived there was an issue with the size which then had to be discussed first. Also, we were overcharged initially which took me some time to clear up with the first staff member, then later I needed to clear up again with the second staff member then later again I needed to follow up from home. I feel that this is not something the guest needs to worry about. Also, some drinks had been billed to our room that we had never ordered.Having said all that, the staff members were all very friendly. We were even offered coffee to go upon checking out.I would absolutely come back the next time I am in Paris.
