Liked: Good location and rooms were modern
Disliked: Elevator not working. Room very Spartan. Beds very uncomfortable. No tea or coffee in the room and no china cups. No shower screen to Prevent bathroom being flooded when showering.Definitely not 4 star rated, possibly very low 3.

Disliked: Bathroom door was only frosted glass so not a lot of privacy and rooms were quite small

Liked: Staff was exceptionally helpful in correcting my mistake in reserving for another mercure location. They could not have been n nicer or more understanding. Our thanks to them.
