Great family hotel

Liked: Great location, comfortable and good value. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Mini bar wasn't restocked, breakfast was average but ok.

Disappointing

Disliked: Hotel is very "used" and dirty

Handy for a night stopover

Liked: Breakfast, pleasant staff, complimentary coffee and tea
Disliked: Room was very small and there was no air conditioning or it had been switch off centrally.

Good and nice.

Liked: I really liked that the staff were all very friendly, the location is very good, the room had all the necessary facilities and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I think the only thing I could say is that when you arrive at night you have to wait for the night porter to be able to access the hotel when he is doing a check.

Pull out sofa bed option...

Liked: If you are travelling as a couple this hotel would be fine. The location is great, easy walking distance to two main train stations, which plenty of restaurant options nearby. This made exploring Paris extremely easy. The room was a good size, and if there were just the two of us the bed, while a tad hard, would be ok, and the shower was hot.
Disliked: The place was quite tatty, and while it was probably clean, the tattiness made it seem that maybe it wasn't. The big issue was that we were travelling with our 11 year old grandson, and we had booked at this hotel based on the "sofabed" available for him to sleep on. What was provided was totally unacceptable. I was basically a wooden board covered with some fabric. There was no way he could sleep on it. When we complained the following morning we were told all rooms had this setup. We asked for spare doonas to add some padding, and they provided us with one, but said they had no more. My advice is pick a different hotel if you are travelling with kids.

Very comfortable and stuffs are...

Liked: They are too good . Special the Recieption Stuff Mily she is super. She made us very comfortable. She is 10 on 10. Also we like everything about the hotel. There is Fridge in the room with Botle of water and free coffee. Very comfortable.
Disliked: Price is bit high.
