Dissapointing
Liked: hotel is close to metro
Disliked: I wish I could tell this hotel is fair quality for its price, but it is not the case - room had black mold all over the windows with black water under them (condensation mixed with mold), as well bathroom had black mold. Hotel and room smelled unpleasantly old. These things created a strong feeling of discomfort.

Disliked: Very overpriced considering how deteriorated is the hotel, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work, plus the price for parking as guest is also exaggerated when you consider what you’re already paying per night, totally disappointed

The hotel needs some love
Liked: Good location and exceptional staff made this stay pleasant but far from enjoyable.
Disliked: It’s very rundown and needs some urgent love. Our room had many damaged features. I didn’t like the fact that after leaving the room all power sockets go dead.

Disliked: I paid for 2 family rooms for me and my family, but when I went to the hotel, the reception staff said that the rooms were full and that they could only give us the family rooms the next day, and that was ridiculous. The next day we woke up and went down to breakfast and they told us that breakfast was not included, but I paid for breakfast when I paid for the rooms and the staff told me that booking.com gave you breakfast without telling us.I immediately called Manager and explained the problem to her. First of all, I said they gave me the wrong room, my children had to sleep alone in another room and I couldn't sleep because they were in the next room and I was uncomfortable. She told me that she would sort out the rooms in a few hours, but she said that she couldn't do anything for breakfast and that booking.com had made a mistake.We went to wander the streets of Paris with my family and when we came back the manager lady had gone and could not sort out our rooms. The staff at the reception said they could not do anything and said stay today and we will sort it out tomorrow for sure and they deceived us.
