Disliked: I paid for 2 family rooms for me and my family, but when I went to the hotel, the reception staff said that the rooms were full and that they could only give us the family rooms the next day, and that was ridiculous. The next day we woke up and went down to breakfast and they told us that breakfast was not included, but I paid for breakfast when I paid for the rooms and the staff told me that booking.com gave you breakfast without telling us.I immediately called Manager and explained the problem to her. First of all, I said they gave me the wrong room, my children had to sleep alone in another room and I couldn't sleep because they were in the next room and I was uncomfortable. She told me that she would sort out the rooms in a few hours, but she said that she couldn't do anything for breakfast and that booking.com had made a mistake.We went to wander the streets of Paris with my family and when we came back the manager lady had gone and could not sort out our rooms. The staff at the reception said they could not do anything and said stay today and we will sort it out tomorrow for sure and they deceived us.

Disliked: This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entire hotel was dirty and had an unpleasant smell throughout. The breakfast was extremely disappointing – the food tasted awful, and there was no variation in options at all.The issues with our room were unacceptable. The bath couldn’t be filled because the plunger didn’t lock, so the water kept draining. To make matters worse, our toilet got blocked. I informed the cleaning staff in the morning, and they assured me it would be fixed. When I returned in the afternoon, nothing had been done. I called the reception, and they promised to call me back to resolve it, but no one ever followed up. We ended up spending the last day of our stay with a completely blocked toilet in the room.Overall, this hotel was dirty, poorly managed, and entirely unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere!

Liked: The room was very clean and a great size for a family of 4. The bedding was changed every day and the bathroom was very clean. I liked that they provided a large bottle of water every day too. It was also handy having a small fridge in the room. Most of The staff on reception were friendly. The shower is very powerful!
Disliked: The beds are very firm and only one pillow per person is provided - the pillows are very firm and flat so we woke up most mornings with neck and headaches. The location did not feel safe. I was approached twice outside of the hotel by people on the street. A lot of police activity, so many sirens throughout the night. Whilst the shower was very powerful, we couldn’t get the plug to stay put so the bath was unusable. The windows are also pretty unsafe! They are easy to open and open really wide - can be a safety hazard with kids in the room!
