Dodgy car park

Liked: Friendly staff. Good food.
Disliked: Very weak shower. Crowded expensive carpark which had dysfunctional card access

Liked: Nice new modern styled hotel with a quality feel. Really liked the blue and gold decor. Great spacious room with view over the bay , a huge bed and the best TV I've seen in a hotel room. Staff were all very welcoming. The whole place was light, open and spacious. Very clean too.
Disliked: The only little thing was the shower could have more pressure but that's nit picking.

Liked: The location was ideal. The room was fresh and very modern. Extremely disappointed that the windows couldn't be opened. The room was Extremely hot even with the heating turned off. Didn't get very much sleep, the room was very stuffy and hot. Spoilt the overall experience.

Didn't get very much sleep, the room was very stuffy and hot. Spoilt the overall experience. We paid for overnight parking, unfortunately there wasn't a space on the carpark. After much messing about and visiting reception again, we were told to use the carpark on the adjoining ibis hotel as they were sister hotels. If the staff on reception had told us this on arrival it would have saved about an hour of driving round the block!!!

Liked: We liked the staff not just catering staff, and receptionists, but also chambermaid were very also very pleasant.
Disliked: The only thing to me was minor ,would have been nice to have Bran flakes for breakfast . Because of my problem I had to buy some,
