Oxford weekend

Liked: Welcome on arrival from reception staff, lovely hotel, pleasant helpful staff, delicious food in restaurant, beautiful location.
Disliked: No-one greeted us at the restaurant to guide us to a table for breakfast. We sat down but had to call a waitress for information as to what happens. Same again for dinner. Would have been nicer and more helpful for staff to be more welcoming and attentive.

Liked: The property itself was very beautiful and well maintained, not too far from town centre as well! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall had an amazing experience.
