Liked: Very good experience some facilities in room missing ie. iron. Hair dryer. Only One bath towel. during stay but resolved very efficient

Liked: Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Food is good.
Disliked: Windows in the room were old and not able to close. The restaurant at night is quite cold and looks more like a cafe. Could be improved with small cubicles and more modern with a more relaxing environment. Prices were too high hence not many customers. Service charge also high. I know it is Oxford High Street but as a business I would look at your menu with more of a variety of affordable dinners to entice people to come in. Possibly better advertising even on the red buses etc as the food is very good so acclaim needs to go to the chef. Possibly breakfast could be warmer with better coffee and tea machines. Milk available beside the tea and coffee.Small pots to put marmalade into. Small things but makes a difference.
