Fantastic

Liked: The shower was really nice and the bed was comfortable. Big TV, and the room was really cosy. The pictures on the walls were fun. Great breakfast selection. Fantastic location in the centre of Oxford.
Disliked: My only issue was that the pillows were rock solid. Way too hard for me. I didn’t have the best sleep because of it, but I was only there for one night.

Well located hotel that could...

Liked: Staff friendly. Comfortable bed
Disliked: Room had grubby damaged walls and door. Lighting was poor. Bedside lamp only worked if main light was also on. Strong smell of either previous occupant or a room freshener.

Ideal local but would think...

Liked: Good location, limited parking but usually available.
Disliked: No central heating and room very small. Exceptionally small shower

Poor value for money as...

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Small room on 3rd floor - could only stand up in half of it due to sloped ceiling.Corridors smelt of cooked cabbage!

Passable

Liked: Hotel was lovely and staff very friendly
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't included. The hairdryer kept cutting out when I was drying my hair, and we had to make our tea with the tray on the floor as there wasn't a plug by where the kettle was not good at all very disappointed for how much it cost
