Not the relaxing stay we...

Liked: Room was clean, breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: Lock didnt work on door as door was warped. Manager agreed it didnt work, said hotel was full so couldnt move us- hotel was not full.Told we could use pool etc till 8, we were asked to leave at 7.30, sauna and steam room started cooling down at 7.No lightbulb in one of room lights.Shouting, banging doors, running up and down corridor all night until 5.05am

Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. The room was nicely decorated and clean.
Disliked: Nothing. I really liked the breakfast spread, the decor in the room and the staff. What more could you want??
