Exceptional

Liked: Only stayed 1 night, but staff were brilliant, room was clean and a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Good location, needs modernising in...

Liked: Good location for a city break, close to main bus route.
Disliked: No USB charge points in room. Advertised with swimming pool but hasn’t been there since Covid days

Comfy bed lovely staff

Liked: The staff were brilliant, really friendly and very helpful. The bed was really comfy and I slept very well
Disliked: It needs up dating as it is a bit tired. No tea and coffee making facility in my room was disappointing

Great stay will go again

Disliked: Only 1 control for 2 tvs and y son pointed out which is not a complaint the family room only had adults slippers , only a child would have noticed lol
