Liked: Friendly staff, clean, large comfortable bed
Disliked: Room and particularly common areas looking very tired. Carpets to stairs and landing stained, carpet to room showing threads/wear

Liked: Although the hotel is a little tired the welcoming staff & cleanliness more than made up for it

1970’s style hotel that has...

Liked: The hotel is useful on the outskirts of Norwich it enables good car access to the north Norfolk area. It is a pleasant hotel and it was quiet. It is a little dated with single pane windows I don’t think the green credentials are so great.
Disliked: I did get excited about the photos showing the property has a pool. Though this was not the main reason for the stay, there was an expected bonus of taking a swim in the morning. Unfortunately I was told on arrival that the pool has been closed since 2020

Outstanding

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Eager to help. Celebrating my wife's birthday everybody wished her well. Free prosecco at outr evening meal. And a Happy Birthday dessert plate.
Disliked: There was no working lift. Would of liked a partion from bedroom to living room in our suite.

Liked: Its location I also have room 50 when I stay which I love the beds are so comfortable the breakfast great
