Liked: it location and access to public transport and near by hospitals
Disliked: damage to room, damage to hallway and lift the door opens as it is still moving

Great value for money and...

Liked: The staff were wonderful right through the hotel and the restaurant food and service was exceptional. Our stay was lovely.

Properly looks tired.

Disliked: Cold shower in the morning. Glassware was not clean.

We had a nice meal...

Liked: It was close to our hospital appointment.
Disliked: The shower was inside a bath. The hot water pipes made a racket (probably air in the pipes). My husband had a shower and after his shower it was too slippery for me to have a shower, so I missed out having one. I’m 75 and found it very hard to get into the shower anyway without slipping over.
