Room was dirty

Liked: Not a lot.
Disliked: The windows in the room were so dirty that you could not see out of them. The shower head was broken and parking expensive.

Passable

Disliked: Furnitures are old, no toothbrush toothpaste arrangements...as a 4 star hotel..it should be more modern. I paid $603 for 2 nights...but disappointed.

terrible

Disliked: Room service app doesn’t work properly . If you do order through app the order doesn’t go through. Booked 2 nights back to back and as was seperate bookings, they were multiple stuff ups. Demanded at night time to come to reception to give my card even though I had given my card upon check in. There was an automated check in upon arrival which means no customer service and good old fashioned greetings toguests - very impersonal. The bathroom is old and tiny and they have painted over tiles to hide older tiles and peeling paint underneath. Hot water doesn’t work for the bath tap. Extremely noisy- you can hear everything from the rooms next door- paper thin walls.
