Liked: PRICE. Exceptional value for money.

Disliked: Beds not very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was not well prepared and had to wait some time for some items to be re stocked.

Liked: Very friendly staff and nice large and clean room
Disliked: The price at the weekend was very good at approx £66 but increased to £106 in the week.....that's a big jump in price.

Liked: Staff were very helpful & polite especially laura on reception she was so lovely made sure we were comfortable while dining in the restaurant.

Liked: it's a nice and clean and the xmas Dec's were nice nice that it was close to where we wanted fo be nice clean bathroom liked that they had extra pillows and heaters in the room
Disliked: the staff was never there when you needed something arrived 10 mins before check in room not available so had to wait in the bar no one to serve drinks in bar,room then ready 40 mins later needed more coffee sachets noone at reception so had to make a cup of coffee to bring to back up to our room.breakfast I wanted some poached eggs as only scrambled there and I'm lactose waited over 20 mins for somebody to come out onto the floor so I paid for breakfast and ate 2 pieces of bacon not impressed window net mouldy not cleaned

Disliked: Maybe a bit slow to serve at the bar late afternoon even though we were only ones there at that point
