Liked: I booke a room with double bed but on check in was given a room with two single beds , that was disappointing for me
Disliked: hotel should have kept a room for me that I booked.

Liked: There was a good selection for breakfast. The evening meal choices were good and well cooked. We also took lunch and had excellent freshly made sandwiches
Disliked: I cannot think anything that disappointed me for a 3 star hotel things were very good.

Adequate, at best

Liked: Firstly, thank you to the receptionist (whose name I didn’t get), her professionalism and friendliness stood out above anything else.On to the rest, for a big name brand this offering seems to have been left far behind. The staffing was inadequate, leading to waiting around when it shouldn’t have been necessary.The breakfast, well that left a lot to be desired. A very limited selection, a head of the restaurant that wasn’t interested in his customers “would you like a cooked breakfast?” You confirm you would and he disappeared and came back with what he decided you were young to eat - he didn’t think or wish to ask.The room was sufficient, although came the addition of a slippy floor that is going to lead to someone coming a cropper, Overall, just about adequate is all I can say - despite the email from the hotel suggesting a 5 star review should be left.

Disliked: I’m a light sleeper and was kept awake by some sort of vent for machinery in the courtyard. Really poorly designed.Rooms were very generic and bland.
