Ok as long as you’re...

Liked: Nice setting and easy to get to
Disliked: I’m a light sleeper and was kept awake by some sort of vent for machinery in the courtyard. Really poorly designed.Rooms were very generic and bland.

Disappointed with response to issue...

Liked: Receptionist was very pleasant and understood our concerns but was powerless to offer anything more than an apology.
Disliked: Staff entered my room 0825 on a Sunday without knocking or asking permission whilst we were sleeping!Breakfast, there were apparently only going to be 5 people for breakfast so no buffet, understandable, but no excuse for rotting fruit in the fruit bowl and the toaster not having been turned on. Shame as Hotel has great potential.

Great hotel, enjoyable stay.

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Good clean room, lovely bathroom and shower.
Disliked: As we were the only people in the restaurant for breakfast some items were not readily available but had to be requested (not really much of an issue)
