Liked: Room was clean and stylish, I'll give it that. Nice location, close to the stores, restaurants, and bars.... Read through the cons though.
Disliked: I have booked a room with a bathtub due to a lower back issue. Upon arrival I have been told to "go to level 1" where I got lost because it turned out that my room was at level 1/2. I had to get my luggage (20kg bag) up and down the starirs as the level 1/2 has no lift. It has a tiny staircase, that was a tough one on my back, especially considering that after this it turned out there was no bathtub. I went downstairs to the lady to ask her if that has been an error, to which she said "oh, well... it is what it is... We are fully booked today so I cannot do anything about it." Well, booking and google claimed they still have rooms. My room has been close to the main street. Nice view, but... it was LOUD. I have been woken up at 1am by some drunk people singing outside. Every car passing or people talking have been heard in the room. I had to get up at 5am to catch my plane so... I did not sleep very well unfortunately. Room was clean and stylish, I'll give it that, but the unhelpful lady in the lobby, loud room, the up and down the stairs with luggage without so much as a warning, and lack of bathtub that I booked for was an absolute disaster.
