Very good

Liked: Clean , tidy , modern , value for money Staff very helpful
Disliked: Did not know or like having a deposit blocked out on my Visa card , have never known this before in any hotel , feels like your distrusted from the start, i had already paid for the stay so was lucky I had a Visa card on me otherwise I don’t know what would have happened but I didn’t like it at all

This was our second visit...

Liked: The location is brilliant and had everything we needed. From the friendly welcome from Mousta (who was fabulous) to the farewell from Nicolas (who was also fabulous) we couldn’t fault anything!

Certainly nothing at all special...

Liked: Close to train station.A few of the staff were focused on customer services
Disliked: The attitude of one particular staff member spreading negAtivity , unethical behaviour to be a member of staff of whos task is to keep customers happy.I correct room allocation on first day i stead of double bed they issued single beds joined together need to say very uncomfortable.Dirty behind TV.The room rates are not justified.
