Horrible experience with Mercure Hotel

Liked: Breakfast was not bad
Disliked: Very poor quality hotel & serviceIn the room the option to regulate the temeptute is turned off and in November when it is 15 degrees outside the hotel explains 25 degrees in the room by running the central heating. As a result, the room is hot, it is impossible to relax, or to sleep.Carpet, curtains are stained and wall corners are full of dust.In addition, the gym is very poorly equipped and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., which the booking does not inform about. There is also no information anywhere about the renovation and the constant noise.Horrible experience, the stuff is not helpful at all.

Fine for one night of...

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. Nuxe products were a nice touch. Practical parking.
Disliked: Besides the lobby, the rest of the hotel needs major updating. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a terrible smell in the hallway. Thankfully we couldn’t smell it in the room. The decor definitely needs to be refreshed/ repainted. And bathroom rooms updated.

Liked: The personal of the hotel was just very very nice and available, polite and kind all of them. Always nice to me and always have a very nice to everyone.
Disliked: The climatisation didn't work, one desk was need it to the room, the fridge not cold enough, the bath tube did not have cork to close it, the small in the corridor, the lamps can not be moved

Liked: The breakfast was very nice; the staff is amazing. The family room we had was quite spacious. Great location too, with secure parking for the car.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit worn down and there was no room service to order food for the kids.
