Liked: Nothing went well as the overall experience was incredibly poor.
Disliked: 1. Urine stains on the loo door2. Dirty carpets throughout the room and corridor3. Paper cups, no glasses, 1 breakfast tea bag, 2 towels, a wooden stirrer, no plug in the bath, shower head broken4. room wasn't cleaned on the first day5. very hot and smelly

Horrible experience with Mercure Hotel

Disliked: Very poor quality hotel & serviceIn the room the option to regulate the temeptute is turned off and in November when it is 15 degrees outside the hotel explains 25 degrees in the room by running the central heating. As a result, the room is hot, it is impossible to relax, or to sleep.Carpet, curtains are stained and wall corners are full of dust.In addition, the gym is very poorly equipped and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., which the booking does not inform about. There is also no information anywhere about the renovation and the constant noise.Horrible experience, the stuff is not helpful at all.

Fine for one night of...

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. Nuxe products were a nice touch. Practical parking.
Disliked: Besides the lobby, the rest of the hotel needs major updating. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a terrible smell in the hallway. Thankfully we couldn’t smell it in the room. The decor definitely needs to be refreshed/ repainted. And bathroom rooms updated.
